Why Movement Matters
My passion for movement began with competitive sports, leading me to become a NASM Certified Personal Trainer
Eager to expand my expertise, I accumulated 900 hours of hands-on education and earned my as a Licensed Massage Therapist from the National Holistic Institute in San Francisco, California in 2013, gaining valuable firsthand experience with therapeutic bodywork in a clinical chiropractic environment
This foundation led me to pursue and attain my Associate's Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant in Brooklyn, New York, in 2019. After years of working with athletes, "weekday warriors," and the elderly in recovery settings, this gave me so much insight as to what a gift movement can be.
As I continued working in the field, I recognized a critical gap in our traditional system: we rarely focus on prevention. By combining my knowledge of injuries, surgeries, and movement patterns, I directly implement my expertise as a Personal Trainer and Massage Therapist, working with the whole body to improve mobility and strength, ensuring my clients can move confidently today and throughout their entire lives
